The incessant Carnival.

The Journey of Life in a different perspective.

Cover artwork for The incessant Carnival.

This never ending rhyme of life,
surely does end.
But more like a carnival,
unexpected at every bends.
I went to this carnival, rather,
I was carried by two.
'Coz I was a weakling, and,
could not walk through.
In due course of time,
I could walk.
But the two grew tired, so,
we sat and talked.
One told me,"I've seen enough son,
now you should go."
The other said,"Never forget what we taught you, and, at times, be slow."
I wanted them with me,
but they went home.
A bit tense, and sad,
I was alone.
Nevertheless, I promised,
I'll meet them soon.
Once I fulfill the duties I have,
once I find where the carnival ends.
This promise I made, keeps my journey going.
But amazed by the audience,
I keep wondering,
"Would this carnival
ever come to an end,
Or I too would stop tired,
and my knees would bend?"
