Take It Easy

A simple mind illusion
Doesn't fit inside
Yourself.
Scenarios like these
Lead to new
And feared ones.
Close your eyes
And take a breath
There's a million ways
To solve them.
Fresh air
Canada be good
For oneself
Even when
You least
Expect it.
