KDramas getting the hittest tv series

I bet almost 50% now of the Filipinos are watching Korean tv series. It has been a part of Filipino tv even before i was on my teenage years. I think it started here in the Philippines since Meteor Garden, though it is a Taiwanese. Since then, other Asian dramas appeared on Filipino tv every night. Then, it look like it has stopped and the only left one is what we see every weekend morning. But, not knowing, in other Asian countries, lots and lots of shows or series have been playing on their TV. Last year, its starting to grow its popularity again. And just before the year ended last year, it has gained its popularity moat especially in the social media.
